Rental Rates: (rates based on 8 people)
High Season/Summer: $3000.00/wk.
Mid-Season/June & September: $2500.00/wk. or $400.00/night
Low Season (Spring, Fall - 2 night min.) & (Winter - 3 night min.): $2100.00/wk or $375.00/night.
Long Weekend & Holiday Season: $2300.00/wk or $400.00/night.

A $500.00 damage security deposit is due upon check in and will be returned to you upon check out or once the cottage and property have been inspected. A deposit of 30% is due to confirm rental dates.

The price for the bunkie is $400.00 per week
